Inviteful is a web-based platform for creating event invitations and managing RSVPs. New users receive 1 free event on signup. Additional events can be purchased for €5 each. All events come with unlimited RSVPs and never expire.
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle. New users receive 1 free event on signup. Additional events cost €5 each and come with unlimited RSVPs. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Your events never expire.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the service, regardless of whether you have used your events.

You own the content you create (event details, RSVP responses, etc.). By using our service, you grant us permission to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service to you.
You agree not to use Inviteful for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service. Do not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Inviteful is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss or how you use the events you create.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inviteful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
